How to Create a Messenger Chatbot for Your Facebook Page

People still search “how to make a Facebook bot” every day, and the answer is simpler than it used to be. A Messenger chatbot answers the people who message your Facebook Page, and it can reply privately to people who comment on your posts. Here are the two ways to do it, from the free built-in replies to a full AI chatbot.

What you need to create a Messenger chatbot

• A Facebook Page for your business (not a personal profile).
• Full control (admin) of the Page, so you can connect tools to it.
• Your information: prices, hours, services and the answers you give every day.

Option 1: Meta's built-in Messenger replies
