An AI chatbot trained on your websiteand your PDFs, sheets and photos

Paste your website, upload your PDFs and spreadsheets, add a photo of your price list — your AI agent reads them and answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram from your own facts.

Train my chatbot on my website

What it does

  • Reads your website like a person

Paste one address and it reads up to 12 pages of that site, starting with prices, FAQ, delivery, returns and contact, and leaves out navigation, cookie banners and footers.

  • PDFs, Word, Excel and photos

Upload PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and text files, or PNG, JPG and WebP photos of a menu or price list. Text and tables are copied out as they are, not summarised.

  • Questions and answers in your words

Add question-and-answer pairs for what customers ask every day, or a plain note for facts that live nowhere else, and edit them whenever things change.

  • Knows your products by sight

Product photos on your website and in the catalogues you upload are remembered, so when a customer sends a photo or a screenshot the agent can tell which product it is.

How it works

  1. 1

Create an AI agent and paste your website address.

  2. 2

Upload your PDFs, sheets or price-list photos, and add Q&A for the questions you get every day.

  3. 3

Test it with real customer questions, then publish it to your channels.

Questions people ask

Which files can the chatbot learn from?

PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, TXT and Markdown, plus PNG, JPG and WebP images. iPhone HEIC photos are not read, so save them as JPG first.

Can it read a scanned PDF or a photo of a menu?

Yes. PDFs and images are read by an AI model, so a scanned price list or a photographed menu becomes text the agent answers from. Files over 12MB need splitting first.

I changed my prices. Do I upload everything again?

No. Re-read that one source: its old text is replaced, so the old price never answers beside the new one. A website import also shows you the text it found, to edit before it is saved.

Is there a limit on how much it can learn?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of knowledge pages: a page of a document, an image, or a website page (counted as two, because the AI reads it). Pricing shows each plan's allowance.
