Reddit DM automationAI replies to your Reddit messages
When a Redditor messages your account about your product or service, an AI agent answers at once from your own information, and your team picks up the chat in the same inbox as all your other channels.
Automate my Reddit messagesWhat it does
AI answers Reddit messages
Questions about prices, features, availability and orders answered from your website, files and notes, in plain text that reads naturally on Reddit.
Flows without buttons
Reddit messages have no buttons, so a flow's choices go out as a numbered list the person answers by typing.
Next to every other channel
Reddit chats arrive in the shared inbox beside WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram and X, with an owner on every conversation.
Your team stays in charge
The agent hands over when it isn't sure or the person asks for a human, and you can pause it on any chat.
How it works
- 1
Connect your Reddit account from Channels.
- 2
Give the AI agent your website, files and answers.
- 3
Turn it on for Reddit: new private messages get answered.
Questions people ask
Can I automate replies to Reddit messages?
Yes. Connect your Reddit account and new private messages can be answered by your AI agent or a flow, with anything it can't handle going to your team.
Does Chatmizer post or comment on Reddit for me?
No. It answers private messages only: no posts, comments or upvotes, and it never messages people who haven't written to you.
Can it send images on Reddit?
No. Reddit messages are text only through Chatmizer, so the agent describes things in words and can share a link.
Is it the same inbox as my other channels?
Yes. Reddit, X, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and Telegram chats all arrive in one Live Inbox.
