Your agent sends product photos and prices from your website
Give it your shop's website; it learns each product's photo and price and sends them when asked.

When you add your website to an agent's knowledge, Chatmizer reads the product pages too: each product's name, price and photo. A customer can then ask “show me the red dress” or “how much is the oud perfume?” and the agent answers with the price and sends the product's own photo.
- Works for any shop whose product pages show the photo and price (most online stores).
- A customer can also send a photo or a screenshot; the agent recognises which of your products it is.
- Products read from a PDF catalogue are known by name and description; their photos are not kept, so the agent says so instead of sending a different picture.
- The agent never invents a price or a product: if nothing matches, it asks the customer to describe it or send a photo.
