Your agent recognises your products from photos
Customers send a photo or a post and ask "do you have this?" — the agent knows which of your products it is, and its price.

The agent remembers what your products look like. It learns them on its own from:
- Your website — the product photos on the pages it reads for its knowledge.
- Files you upload — product photos and PDF catalogues, price lists or menus: every pictured product.
- Orderista — your menu item photos.
When a customer sends a photo, even someone else's photo or a social post, the agent compares it side by side with your own product photos. It only names a product when it is sure it is the same one. If it is not sure, it says so and asks for the name or a clearer photo, and it never says something is available unless your knowledge or menu says so.
