Create your first AI agent

Open AI Agent Studio and press New agent. You get two ways in — both build the same agent and you can switch at any time.

Easy Build (recommended, about 3 minutes)

1. 1Tell it about your business and what you want the agent to do — in your own words.
2. 2Choose how it should sound and which language your customers write in.
3. 3Optionally let it read your website, and add files like a price list or menu.
4. 4Choose what to collect from customers (name, phone, a date for a booking…). Each becomes a field on your contacts.
5. 5Review every word it wrote — how it sells, when it hands over, what it must never say — then create it.
