Add channels, contacts, seats or workspaces on pay as you go
Raise a limit any day and pay only for the days you have it, from your balance.

- 1Open Billing & plans in Settings, then the Your plan tab.
- 2Under Add-ons, click “Add one” next to extra channels, extra contacts (per 1,000), extra team seats or extra workspaces. The screen shows the next one's price and your new monthly total.
- 3Click Save. The new limit works everywhere at once: connecting a channel, inviting a teammate, adding contacts.
- Add-ons are taken from your balance once a day, so you only pay for the days you have them.
- Extra channels get cheaper per channel as you add more; the card always shows the price of the next one.
- To add one, your balance needs to cover about a week of the new add-ons total, so it doesn't run dry at once.
- You can remove an add-on any day, just not below what you already use (disconnect a channel first, for example).
