If your business is in Egypt, Billing offers EasyKash: you pay in Egyptian pounds with a card, a mobile wallet, Meeza, a Fawry or Aman cash code, or installments. It is optional: you can choose “International card” instead.
Subscribe
- 1Open Billing & plans in Settings. Under “Pay with”, keep EasyKash selected (prices show in EGP).
- 2Pick a plan, monthly or annual, and click Subscribe. You go to EasyKash's secure page.
- 3Pay. Back in Billing your plan switches on within seconds. If you chose Fawry or Aman, Billing shows your code and when it expires: pay it at any point and the plan switches on by itself.
Renewals: nothing is charged automatically
- 7 days before your period ends you get a payment link in the app and by email, then reminders at 3 days, 1 day and on the day.
- Paying early never loses a day: the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Not paid by the end date? Your plan keeps working for the grace period shown in Billing (7 days), with a “Payment due” banner. After that it pauses: AI replies, flows and broadcasts wait. Nothing is deleted.
- Pay any time to restore it. Paid after the pause, the new period starts on the day you pay.
- “Renew early” in Billing makes the link yourself whenever you like.
Change plan, cancel, receipts
- A plan change starts with your next renewal: the renewal link is made at the new price.
- Cancel from Billing: no more renewal links, and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Changed your mind? Resume before then.
- Every payment is listed in Billing with its EasyKash reference and a printable receipt.
- AI credit packs and WhatsApp top-ups are one-time EasyKash payments.
