Back up your calendar and appointments

Save the calendar's setup and every appointment, keep a history, and restore when you need to.

  1. 1Open Booking Zone → Backups (next to Kits and Setup).
  2. 2Pick Calendar setup (kit) and/or Appointments, add a note if you like, and tap Save backup.
  3. 3Backup history lists every backup with the date, who took it and what's inside. The newest 30 are kept.

Download or put one back

  • A kit backup downloads as a kit file and restores by replacing this calendar's setup or adding a new calendar. Appointments are kept.
  • An appointments backup downloads as a spreadsheet (CSV). Restoring it brings back the UPCOMING appointments into this calendar, matched by service and person name. Past ones stay in the file.
  • A restore never double-books: an appointment already there at the same time for the same customer is skipped. Reminders are scheduled again.
