  2. 2Choose who: everyone, or a segment — a tag, a city, a pipeline stage.
  3. 3Write once: text, images and buttons. Chatmizer adapts it to each channel.
  4. 4Send now or schedule it, then watch delivered, read and replied.

The rules we follow for you

  • Messenger and Instagram: only people who messaged you in the last 24 hours can receive it.
  • WhatsApp: people outside the 24-hour window can only receive an approved template — so WhatsApp broadcasts live in WhatsApp Corner → Broadcasts, never here.
