Open your store
Give your store a name, an address, a currency and your WhatsApp number.

- 1Go to WhatsApp Commerce in the menu (under Tools).
- 2Type the store's name. The address fills in from it; change it if you like — lowercase letters, numbers and dashes.
- 3Check the currency. It starts in your country's currency; every price in the store will be in it.
- 4Add the WhatsApp number customers should reach, and a short line about the store.
- 5Press Create store. It stays a draft until you publish it.
Only the workspace owner or an admin can open and change a store.
Share it, or delete it
The Share tab has your store link, its QR code and a button to send it in WhatsApp. They switch on once the store is published. To delete a store, open its Store tab: download the store file first, then type the store's name to confirm. Deleting removes its products, payment methods, orders and images for good.
