WhatsApp Commerce gives your business its own store page. Customers open the link from a WhatsApp chat, your Instagram bio or an ad, pick products, check out and pay. It works for any business that sells: shops, restaurants, beauty, electronics, courses and services.
How it fits with the rest of Chatmizer
- It is its own section, beside Orderista and Chat orders. Using it changes nothing in those two.
- The money goes straight from your customer to you, through your own payment methods. Chatmizer never holds it and takes no commission.
- An order is marked paid only when it really is: by your payment gateway, or by you after you check the transfer.
What you can do today
Open your store (name, address, currency, WhatsApp number, logo and cover) and build your catalogue: categories, products with photos, sizes and colours with their own stock, and add-ons. Pick how customers pay you, publish, and share your link. Customers order from your store page, and every order lands on your Orders board, live.
