Build your first flow

Start from a template, change the words, set when it starts and publish.

  1. 1Open Flow Studio and press Browse templates. Templates are complete, working flows.
  2. 2Pick one close to what you need and open it on the canvas.
  3. 3Click any block to edit its words, buttons and options in the side panel.
  4. 4Drag new blocks from the Blocks menu on the left and connect them by drawing a line from one dot to the next.
  5. 5Set the trigger — a keyword, a button tap, or every new chat.
  6. 6Use the test panel to run it, then press Publish.
