Freshworks CRM: contacts, deals and appointments from every chat

Your account address and API key — then chats fill Freshworks CRM by themselves.

  1. 1Copy your Freshworks CRM address from the browser bar — like your-company.myfreshworks.com.
  2. 2Tap your profile picture → Settings → API settings, and copy your API key.
  3. 3In Chatmizer open Integrations → Freshworks CRM → Connect, paste both and press Connect. Then switch on what to sync.

What goes where

  • Contacts — name, email and mobile, tagged “Chatmizer”. Existing contacts are matched by email or mobile.
  • Deals — every order and chat order with its amount, on YOUR deal stages: Chatmizer reads them when you connect and uses your won and lost stages.
  • Appointments — every booking on the contact, with time, place and notes.
