Pipedrive: persons, deals and meetings from every chat
Paste one token and every chat customer, order and booking lands in Pipedrive.

- 1In Pipedrive, tap your profile picture → Personal preferences → API, and copy your personal API token.
- 2In Chatmizer open Integrations → Pipedrive → Connect, paste the token and press Connect.
- 3Switch on what to sync: Contacts, Orderista orders, Chat orders, Bookings. Everything you already have goes over too.
What goes where
- Persons — name, phone and email. Chatmizer searches by email, then phone, before adding anyone.
- Deals — every order and chat order with its value and currency, marked open, won (delivered or paid) or lost (cancelled), with the order details as a note.
- Meetings — every booking as a meeting activity on the person, in Pipedrive's calendar; finished ones are marked done.
