Autopilot: let tickets run through the kitchen on their own

Accept, start cooking and close deliveries automatically — three switches, each one optional.

3 min read

Orderista → Settings → Autopilot. It follows a ticket through your kitchen, so your team only cooks and delivers. Each step is its own switch and has a “What does this mean?” button with an example.

  • 1 · Accept orders automatically — orders from your AI agent or flows are accepted the moment they arrive, but only while the store is open and only when every item and the delivery fee already have a price. Anything still to price waits for you.
  • 2 · Send accepted orders straight to the kitchen — they skip “Accepted” and appear on the kitchen screen as Preparing. The customer gets no extra message for this step.
  • 3 · Mark deliveries as delivered on their own — pick how long a delivery usually takes after it leaves (30 to 120 minutes). An order still “On the way” after that is closed as Delivered. Pickup orders are never closed this way.

How it differs from Chat orders

Chat orders' autopilot automates the sale: confirming and sending a payment link. Orderista's follows the kitchen and the rider instead, because that is where a restaurant, pharmacy or local shop loses time.
