Back up your menu and orders
Save a copy of your store, keep a history of backups, and put one back with a tap.

- 1Open Orderista → Backups (in the Build group).
- 2Under Back up now, pick what to save: Menu & store setup (items, prices, zones, branches, settings) and/or Orders. Add a note if you like ("before the Ramadan menu") and tap Save backup.
- 3Every backup appears in Backup history with the date, who took it and what's inside. The newest 30 are kept.
Download or put one back
- Download gives you the menu as an Excel sheet, the store file, or the orders sheet.
- Restore puts a menu & setup backup back: replace this store's menu, or add it as a new store. Your orders are never touched.
- Orders are history: you download them; they are never placed again on the live board.
- Import from a file (at the bottom) brings in a menu sheet, a store file or an orders sheet from your computer.
