  1. 1Open Orderista, pick what you sell (restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket or something else) and name your store.
  2. 2Menu: choose how customers order, upload your menu as a PDF or photos, and (optional) add items with prices. Sizes and extras go under “Options”.
  3. 3Delivery: one fee for every address (simplest), or price by distance with rings around your store's location.
  4. 4Settings: opening hours, how customers pay (cash on delivery is the default), and which steps message the customer.
  5. 5Take a first order by hand with “New order” — it lands on the live board.

What the zones do

When a customer shares their location, the distance from your store picks the zone: its fee, minimum order and delivery time. Outside every ring there is no delivery — pickup is offered instead.

Taking an order by phone? New order lets you pick from your menu or type anything the customer asked for — a menu is never required.

Where to deliver: a location pin is exact. A Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze link, copied coordinates, or a plus code (like 7GXH+4R) work too. A typed address is found on the map near your store and marked “Approximate” on the ticket, so the rider can call first.

Settings → “Back up or move this store” downloads your whole setup as one file. Import it later to bring a deleted store back, or to copy it into a new branch.
