Get delivery and read updates on your server

Let Chatmizer call your server when a message is sent, delivered, read or fails — and check that the call is genuine.

  1. 1Open Verify & Notify → Connect → Status updates.
  2. 2Paste your HTTPS address and press Save. Copy the signing secret that appears; it is shown once.
  3. 3On your server, check the X-Chatmizer-Signature header on every call before trusting it. Connect has the check ready in Node.js, PHP and Python.
  • message.sent — WhatsApp accepted the message.
  • message.delivered — it reached the phone.
  • message.read — the customer opened it.
  • message.failed — it could not be delivered, with the reason.
