  1. 1Open your store's Chat tab. The pills at the top are your languages: tap one to edit its words.
  2. 2Open a section: Welcome & menu, Orders & updates, Help & hand-off, Quick answers, or Languages & behaviour. Each shows a short summary while closed.
  3. 3Tap a message to change it. The preview beside it (on a phone: See it in WhatsApp) shows exactly what customers get. Leave it empty to keep ours; Reset to ours brings ours back.
  4. 4Press Save chat in the bar that appears when something changed.

Words, buttons and variables

  • Every message has a counter. Buttons fit 20 characters, as WhatsApp requires; a message over its limit turns red and can't be saved.
  • Tap a chip like {store}, {name}, {order} or {total} to insert it. The chat fills it in for each customer.
  • Use *stars* for bold, as in WhatsApp, and emoji as you like.
  • Orders & updates has every order card: pick a moment (Order received, Confirmed, Delivered…) to edit its headline and its next-step line. Status words, card labels and buttons are under it.

Add a language

Tap + Add language and pick one (French, Turkish, Urdu, Hindi…). The chat answers in it once it's on. Messages you haven't translated yet are marked To translate and use your default language's words, so nothing is ever blank. Edit this text copies the current words in so you can translate from them. The chat picks the language from what customers write (switch that off in Languages & behaviour), and the language button lets them choose. The store page itself opens in English for a language it doesn't have yet.

Quick answers and working hours

  • Quick answers: add the questions customers ask most, with an answer per language. They appear behind a Quick answers button, and a message containing one of its words gets that answer straight away.
  • Working hours: outside them, Talk to us answers with your away message and says when you're back. Your team is still told.
  • Menu words: extra words that bring the menu back, besides "menu" and «القائمة».
  • You can also turn off "Anything else?" after order messages, the rating request after delivery, or send the full welcome again after some quiet days.
