Publish your store and work its orders
Go live, share the link, and move each order from new to delivered. Check payment screenshots and mark orders paid.

- 1Open your store's Store tab and press Publish store. It needs at least one product that is switched on, a way to get paid and a way to receive orders. If something is missing, it tells you what.
- 2Share your link from the Share tab: copy it, send it in WhatsApp, or download its QR code.
- 3New orders appear under Run -> Orders, live, and your team gets a notice. Press the main button to move an order on: Confirm, Start preparing, Mark ready, Send out, Mark delivered.
- 4A customer who pays by transfer or wallet uploads a screenshot on their order page. Open "Payment to check", press View screenshot, and Mark paid once the money really arrived, or Ask again.
- 5To cancel, press Cancel order and write a reason if you like. Stock you track goes back on sale.
A paid order, or one with a screenshot waiting, cannot be cancelled from the board: check the payment first.
