The WhatsApp ordering system for restaurants and delivery.
Customers order the way they already do: a message, a voice note, a shared location. Orderista writes the order down, adds the delivery fee for their zone, gets a clear “Confirm” and puts it on your live board, then tells them at every step until it's at the door.

Confirmed by the customer, on your board and in the kitchen, while you cook.
Your side: one board, from the first message to the door.
The same order, the moment it's confirmed: on the live board, on the kitchen screen, on an 80 mm ticket, on the delivery radar, and in your numbers.
New orders ring in on a live board: New, Preparing, On the way, Done. One tap moves an order, and the customer hears about it on WhatsApp.
Everything a delivery desk needs, inside the chat.
Each card plays what Orderista really does, with the same example as the phone above.
Text or voice notes
Customers type or just speak. The AI writes every item down, matches it to your menu and reads the whole order back for a clear yes.
Your menu from a photo or PDF
Snap the printed menu. The AI reads names, sizes and prices for you to review and add, in Arabic and English.
Delivery zones as rings
Draw rings around your store, each with its own fee and a minimum order. The customer's pin picks the fee.
Cash on delivery, recorded
Cash, card on delivery, pay at pickup or already paid: the order records how they pay. Chatmizer never touches the money.
An update at every step
Confirmed, preparing, on the way, delivered: the customer hears each one in the same chat, in their language.
The rider's name and phone
Add who is delivering as the order leaves. The “on the way” message names them, so the customer knows who to expect.
Autopilot when you're busy
Accept, start preparing and close delivered orders by themselves, so a rush never waits on a tap.
Branches, pickup or delivery
Each delivery goes to the nearest branch; a pickup goes to the branch the customer chooses.
Opening hours and time limits
Closed hours are answered politely, and when orders pile up or wait too long, your team is alerted.

A WhatsApp ordering system, in plain words
WhatsApp ordering system
A WhatsApp ordering system takes the order inside the chat (items, quantities, address and payment) and turns it into one ticket your team can act on. No app to download, no website to visit.
Restaurant WhatsApp ordering
Take food orders on WhatsApp the way customers already send them, voice notes included, with the menu, the delivery fee and the total confirmed before the kitchen starts.
Pharmacy and supermarket orders
Customers send their list; you price anything that isn't on the menu and they confirm with one reply. Cash on delivery, card on delivery or pickup.
Delivery order management
One live board for every delivery order: who ordered what, where, how they pay, who is riding and how long it has been, from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok.
Questions, answered
What is a WhatsApp ordering system?
It's a way to take orders inside WhatsApp itself: the customer chats, the system writes down the items, asks for the address, adds the delivery fee and gets a confirmation, then puts the order on your board. Orderista does this inside Chatmizer.
Can customers order with a voice note?
Yes. The AI listens to the voice note, writes every item down, matches it to your menu and reads the whole order back for the customer to confirm. The transcript is kept on the order.
How is the delivery fee worked out?
Either one flat fee, or by distance: you draw rings around your store (for example 2, 5 and 8 km), each with its own fee and minimum order. The customer's location picks the ring; beyond the last ring there is no delivery unless you choose to accept far orders and check them first.
Do I need a website or an app?
No. Customers order in the chat apps they already use: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok. You run everything from Orderista inside Chatmizer.
Does Chatmizer take the customer's money?
No. The order records how the customer pays (cash on delivery, card on delivery, pay at pickup or already paid) and the money reaches you the way it always has. If you like, you can also send the customer your own link to pay online, from the order.
Is it only for restaurants?
No. Pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, florists, water and gas delivery: any business that delivers. A store without a fixed menu can let customers send any list; you price it and they confirm with one reply.
How is it different from the WhatsApp Shop?
The WhatsApp Shop is an online store that opens from the chat, with a catalogue, checkout and online payments. Orderista takes the order in the conversation itself, by text, voice note and location, and runs a restaurant-style board with a kitchen screen, tickets and riders.
Will customers know where their order is?
Yes. They get a message in the same chat when the order is confirmed, being prepared, on the way (with the rider's name and phone) and delivered, in their language.
How do I start, and what does it cost?
Create your account, add your menu (or snap a photo of it), draw your delivery zones and choose who takes orders. The plans and what each includes are in the pricing table above, and every plan starts with a free trial.
Your next order is already typing.
Let it land on your board priced, confirmed and on its way, while you cook.
